Payments for the services provided by our company are made by bank transfer to a current bank account or by credit card.

Bank cards are paid through the authorization server of the Processing Center, using Bank cards of the following payment systems: VISA International, MasterCard World Wide, MIR.

To pay for services, you will be redirected to a payment gateway to enter your card details. Please prepare your bank card in advance. Connection to the payment gateway and the transfer of information is carried out in a secure mode using the SSL encryption protocol. If your bank supports the technology of secure online payments Verified By Visa or MasterCardSecure Code, you may also need to enter a special password to make a payment. You can check the methods and the possibility of obtaining passwords for making online payments at the bank that issued the card. This site supports 256-bit encryption.

The information entered will not be provided to third parties, except as provided by the laws of relevant legislations. Bank card payments are carried out in strict accordance with the requirements of Visa and MasterCard payment systems.

When working with card data, the information security standard developed by the Visa and MasterCard international payment systems, Payment Card Industry Data Security Standard (PCI DSS), is used, which ensures the safe processing of cardholder's Bank card details. The applied data transfer technology guarantees the security of transactions with Bank cards by using Secure Sockets Layer (SSL), Verified by Visa, Secure Code, and closed banking networks with the highest degree of protection.

Returns and Refund Policy

Since the products sold in our online store are usually products with naturally quick expiration dates, there is no need for returns. 

To return the money for an order, you will need to contact us by e-mail or contact form and describe the reason for the return. After our employee evaluates the situation, you will need to follow the instructions.

Refunds can be made to the details specified in the return application, or to the card number with which payment was made.

The term for a refund depends on the bank that issued the card and can take up to 60 days.
